Installation is simple and fitment is excellent due to professional 3D CAD design by their talented in-house engineers. The final product is a simple yet comprehensive product anyone with a garage and simple tools can install on a Saturday. This kit is made from American steel, laser cut and CNC bent for absolute precision every time.

This installation does require drilling a 5/8” hole through the front frame rails using the original hole as a pilot. It’s quite simple, and the only part of the install that requires anything but simple wrenches.

The RT Pro RZR XP 1000 Rigid Nerf Bars fit all 2 seat XP 1000’s They come powdercoated black with instructions and all the necessary hardware for installation.
