Installation is simple and fitment is excellent due to professional 3D CAD design by our talented in-house engineers. The final product is a simple yet comprehensive product anyone with a garage and simple tools can install on a Saturday. This kit is made from American steel, laser cut and CNC bent for absolute precision every time.

 

  • The RT Pro RZR 900 S Nerf Bars fit all 2 seat RZR 900'S AND RZR 1000 S.
  • Powdercoated black with instructions and all the necessary hardware for installation.
  • This installation does require drilling a 5/8” hole through the front frame rails using the original hole as a pilot.
  • MUCH stronger mounting than other nerf bar designs
  • Adds major protection for rear wheels and wheel wells
